Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Change of Mind

    • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds for change of mind returns will only be processed if the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide photos as proof of the item’s condition.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement as needed.

    • It is required to provide photos as proof if the product does not match the order or arrives damaged

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Partially used products

  • Products reported lost or stolen during shipment

    • Your receipt or proof of purchase.

    • A clear photo of the product in its original condition.

    • Your order number and any relevant details to help us process your return quickly.

* Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Address

  • The return address may vary depending on your location. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the correct return address specific to your region.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and these costs are non-refundable. Please ensure the package is returned via a method that provides tracking and insurance.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product and make a separate purchase for the new one. Once the original return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.


Refunds 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@mieva.co.uk for further assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mieva.co.uk. We will be happy to assist you further.

Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during any promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will send you a free replacement to your address within 7–10 business days, and you won’t incur any additional costs.

    • Your order number.

    • A photo or video of the faulty item.

    • Your full delivery address.

    • A contact phone number.

  • In some cases, we may require additional proof to process your return or replacement.


Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
